Alan Ford (born in 1938) is a British actor known for his portrayals of gruff characters, often associated with the London criminal underworld.

His film career took off with the classic gangster film *The Long Good Friday* (1980), where he played a minor but memorable role. Ford became internationally recognized thanks to his collaborations with director Guy Ritchie. He left his mark with iconic characters such as 'Hatchet Harry' in *Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels* (1998) and, especially, the unforgettable crime boss Brick Top in *Snatch* (2000), a role that made him famous for his brutality and menacing style.
