**Carl Miller** was an American silent film actor, renowned for his collaboration with Charlie Chaplin.

His most iconic performance was in the classic *The Kid* (1921), where he portrayed the artist and the Tramp's love interest/rival, a role that made him instantly recognizable. He solidified his fame by appearing in other Chaplin productions such as *A Woman of Paris* (1923), in the role of the tormented lover Jean Millet, and in *The Pilgrim* (1923).
