Dale Fuller (1885-1964) was an American actress primarily known for her prolific career in the silent film era. She distinguished herself as a versatile character actress, specializing in supporting roles that were often eccentric, comical, or pathetic. She frequently portrayed elderly women, domestics, and bizarre figures who added color and depth to films.
Her most celebrated collaboration was with director Erich von Stroheim, who cast her in several of his realistic dramas. Her most notable works include *Rapacità* (*Greed*, 1924), where she played the unforgettable mother of Trina, and *Il sistema della mela* (*The Merry-Go-Round*, 1923). She also appeared in numerous comedies, including those by Mack Sennett. She continued to act in minor roles even after the transition to sound.
