Darío Grandinetti (born in Rosario, Argentina, in 1959) is one of Argentina's most highly regarded actors, with a prolific film career that has brought him international recognition.

He is particularly praised for his ability to embody complex and profound characters, often ordinary men who find themselves facing extreme situations or moral dilemmas. His acting is characterized by a restrained intensity and a palpable realism.
