**Djoko Rosic** (or Đorđe Rošić) was a Serbian actor known for his prolific career in Italian genre cinema, especially between the 1960s and 1980s. He particularly distinguished himself in spaghetti westerns, police thrillers, and peplum films.
With his chiseled features and robust build, he was often cast as tough guys, henchmen, antagonists, or strong supporting characters. His most representative films include Italian western classics such as *Django* (1966), *The Great Silence* (1968), and *The Mercenary* (1968), all directed by Sergio Corbucci. He also left his mark in poliziotteschi films such as Umberto Lenzi's *Roma a mano armata* (1976).
Although he often played supporting roles, his stage presence was always incisive, making him an iconic and recognizable face for fans of the genre.
