**Jack Klugman (1922-2012)** was an American actor, celebrated for his prolific television and film career.
Although widely known to the public for iconic roles such as Oscar Madison in *The Odd Couple* and Dr. Quincy in *Quincy, M.E.*, Klugman also left a significant mark on the big screen. Among his most memorable film roles was that of Juror No. 5 in Sidney Lumet's classic *12 Angry Men* (1957), where his performance helped to define a forthright and conscientious character. He also appeared in *Days of Wine and Roses* (1962).
