
Jeffrey Lynn
**Jeffrey Lynn (1909-1995)** was an American actor, known for his film career during the Golden Age of Hollywood. He emerged in the 1930s as a versatile performer, often in the role of romantic leading man or “other man.” His elegant presence and ability to bring complexity to characters made him a recognizable face.
Among his most notable films are *Four Daughters* (1938), in which his character sacrifices himself, *The Roaring Twenties* (1939) alongside James Cagney and Humphrey Bogart, and the award-winning *A Letter to Three Wives* (1949).. Lynn excelled at portraying characters who were not always heroic, but more nuanced and realistic, with a touch of vulnerability or cynicism.
