Jüri Lumiste (1957) is an Estonian actor recognized for his intense stage presence and versatility, which make him suitable for complex and often enigmatic roles.

He gained widespread international recognition for his portrayal of the Devil in the award-winning *November* (2017), a dark folkloric fantasy. Subsequently, he played the lead role of Andres in the epic drama *Tõde ja õigus* (Truth and Justice, 2019), a highly successful and critically acclaimed film in Estonia. He also brought to life the character of the protagonist, the astute pharmacist-investigator, in the popular historical film series *Apteeker Melchior* (Melchior the Apothecary, 2022-2023).
