Lucille Bremer (1917-1996) was an American actress and dancer. Known for her elegance and grace, she began her career as a dancer before signing with MGM. Her fame is primarily associated with roles in iconic musicals.

Her significant debut came in *Meet Me in St. Louis* (1944), where she shone alongside Judy Garland and Gene Kelly. Subsequently, she starred as the leading lady opposite Fred Astaire in *Yolanda and the Thief* (1945), a role that demonstrated her versatility. She also appeared in the lavish *Ziegfeld Follies* (1946).

Bremer was often cast to portray sophisticated, sometimes enigmatic women, possessing an innate stage elegance and a strong aptitude for dance numbers. Her film career was relatively brief, as she retired from the screen in 1947.
