Terence Hill
Terence Hill (born Mario Girotti, Venice, 1939) is an Italian actor, director, and screenwriter. His career began at a very young age, securing significant roles even in dramatic works such as Luchino Visconti's *The Leopard* (1963).
International fame, however, came thanks to his long-standing artistic partnership with Bud Spencer. Together, they created a highly successful genre of western comedies and action films based on harmless brawls and comedic gags. Their most celebrated successes include *They Call Me Trinity...* (1970), *Trinity Is Still My Name* (1971), and *Watch Out, We're Mad!* (1974).
Hill is characterized by his blue eyes, agility, and charisma, often portraying the cunning and carefree hero who, despite his gentle appearance, is always ready to resolve situations with shrewdness and his peculiar fighting style. In recent years, he has cemented his popularity with the successful TV series *Don Matteo*.
