**Troy Kotsur** (Mesa, 1968) is an American actor, known for being one of the few internationally successful deaf actors.

His film career reached its peak with his role as Frank Rossi in *CODA* (2021). For this performance, he won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor, becoming the first deaf male actor to receive this award.
