Lea Massari (Rome, 1933) is a prominent Italian actress, known for her elegance and ability to portray complex and enigmatic characters.

Her career, which began in the late 1950s, is marked by the iconic role of Anna in Michelangelo Antonioni's *L'Avventura* (1960), which established her as a face of international art-house cinema. She then consolidated her fame with intense performances in films such as Nanni Loy's *Le quattro giornate di Napoli* (1962), *La prima notte di quiete* (1972) alongside Alain Delon, and Francesco Rosi's *Cristo si è fermato a Eboli* (1979).
