Lola Dueñas (Madrid, 1971) is an acclaimed Spanish actress, known for her versatility and intensity. She has solidified her career through significant collaborations with Pedro Almodóvar, becoming a recognizable face in international cinema.

Among her most memorable roles for Almodóvar are her poignant cameo in *Talk to Her* (2002) and, above all, her moving portrayal of Sole in *Volver* (2006), a role for which she won the Goya Award for Best Actress.
