Patricia Hitchcock (London, July 7, 1928 – Thousand Oaks, August 9, 2022) was a British actress, daughter of the renowned director Alfred Hitchcock. She embarked on a limited but significant film career, often appearing in films directed by her father.

She is remembered for her appearances in three of Alfred Hitchcock's most iconic films: *Paura in palcoscenico* (Stage Fright, 1950), where she played Chubby Banister; *L'altro uomo* (Strangers on a Train, 1951), in the role of Barbara Morton; and *Psyco* (Psycho, 1960), as Caroline.

In these roles, she portrayed secondary but memorable characters, often trusted friends or lively figures who provided a counterpoint of normalcy or lightness to the intricate plots. Her style was characterized by a naturalness and spontaneity, making her characters relatable and likable. Her contribution, though in supporting roles, was invaluable to the classic films she appeared in.
